Cisco publishes frequent CVRF updates. Some of which do not parse into the database.

Those files are downloaded but not imported.

To save processing time, only those CVRF files which are not already imported are downloaded.

This means that potential revisions are missed. To force a reimport of a particular Cisco CVRF file, delete the Cisco CVRF file from the file system.
